What a great birthday!
So, as you know, it was my birthday on thursday. And it was the greatest day ever. I got presents from virtually everyone I know, and not to mention tons of cupcakes and brownies from my friend Astrid. From my parents I got clothes, concert tickets (I'm seeing New Kids on the Block), and a perm. Yes, I said perm. And it looks really good, by the way. My hair does look shorter, though.

"...THERE'S ALWAYS DANCING!!!!!"
So, in science class, we always have a few minutes to hang out before class starts. And some of my friends do the Hoedown Throwdown. And this girl comes in and practically yells: "HOW COME EVERY TIME I COME INTO THIS CLASSROOM, THRE'S ALWAYS DANCING?!!!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?" Goodness, anger issues much? And we all wonder why she's in therapy. In response to this my friend looks at her with the most cold glance I've ever seen her give someone. I tried to top that, but it didn't go as well as I planned. And then the angry girl starts laughing at my funny face... Again, why do we wonder?

There's a REALLY ANNOYING BIRD OUTSIDE. Part 2!
Guess what? At recess I heard the same bird! Everyone thought I was crazy, screaming at the sky, but it was SO ANNOYING. And aylarox, if Selena Gomez wants to meet you, I think that bird wants to meet me. I DON'T WANNA MEET THE BIRD!!!
I Smell the Smelly Smell of Something That Smells Smell
That something is Spring Break! Tomorrow is the last day if school before vacation starts, and aside from all the test I have to take, I can tell it's gonna be MAYHEM!!! Yes, I said MAYHEM!!! Everyone will be so excited to get away, that virtually no one will focus, math class will be a nightmare, and everyone will goof off. DO YOU SEE WHAT I HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT?
Anyway, I'm excited for break too.

Pi Day, Various Field Trips, and Random Questions
I HAVE A LOT OF REASONS TO BE EXCITED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So, at my school, we celebrate Pi Day. It's really March 14th (3/14... 3.14) but since that was a saturday, we're celebrating it on the 27th (this friday). Yes, it is a day dedicated to the number. And there's various contests that our school holds such as memorizing digits, writing songs about pi,fashion shows, pi art.... And I'm happy to tell you that there's more, but this blog would be like 32 pages if I did. So I'm participating in the pi art (or "Part" to me and my friend), and I have no idea what to draw on my pi symbol. A lot of people have done cute puns and such, but I want to make mine not to do with pi.... Let's see where that gets me in the contest. GEEEE!! They're due by thursday! AHHHH!
Also, I'm going on three field trips in the next four months. I have one on monday, where we just go to another school nearby to hear a speaker. And then we go to the Liberty Science Center in April. AND THEN IN JUNE, WE'RE GOING TO A COOL PLACE THAT I FORGOT THE NAME OF BUT IT HAS A POOL, FREE FOOD, AND OTHER THINGS!!!!!!!!!!! I. Am. So. Excited.
And finally, there have been a lot of questions that have been running through my mind lately......
Here they are:
1. Is Nova Scotia a part of Canada or is it just Nova Scotia?
2. How long does it take the average person to apply eyeliner?
3. Why am I the only person in my school that hates the musical "Bye Bye, Birdie"?
4. How do I come up with these questions?
***I just realized, this is the first time I've posted in paragraphs!!

Okay, let's get something straight.
Have you seen those puzzles where you have to make matches on all sides of the square so everything connects? (That was a terrible explanation but oh well.) Well, if you've played one, you know just how hard they can be. So the situation here was that I was with my friend in workshop and this other guy in our class was playing with one. The other guy kept complaining about how hard the puzzle was, so my friend and I got very annoyed and went to try to help the other guy. So the funniest part while we were helping the other guy was that my friend said: "Okay, let's get something straight. Do we have to have a head and a butt touch, or could we just have two butts or heads of the same animal?" (The puzzle involved butts and heads of dogs.) And the other guy and I say: "We should try that!!" So we did, and we got all freaked out that we solved it, and went to get our teacher. When our teacher saw the work we did, she laughed and said: "Why are there two butts touching?" And my friend says: "You know what, *teacher*, some people are a little bit different than the rest of us."
